GCP Tuning warranties the functioning in its products. Each product specifies the warranty time in the specifications section.
For any claim the customer should keep the invoice. To apply the warranty the product must not show any damage caused by a wrong installation, traces of water or moisture, cut wires or any alteration caused by misuse or installation.
All manufactures require a shop diagnosis / paperwork with a description of the problem/defect in order to be submitted for warranty review.
All products must be returned in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. Refunds are not provided for any warranty transaction. Refund will only apply in the case the back order exceeds 30 days for its shipping.
All products returned for warranty will be tasted by GCP Tuning and in the case it requires will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection and testing. In the case the warranty is denied by the manufacturer, GCP Tuning will return the product at the expense of the customer.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any item for warranty inspection or repair. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you with to return a product that does not fit your vehicle or feel that there is an error in our listing, please contact our Sales Department to get the “Return Form Numer” . If we find and error in our website, an GCP Tuning Representative will provide a label for your return. All products must be new, unused and in its original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc.
Replacement orders will be shipped only to the address used on the original order. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for checking the product application guide prior to ordering any product (s) to verify that the parts you have selected are appropriate for your vehicle.
The RMA (return form) must be printed and filled, then please scan it and send it by email or fax. Also the RMA must appear on the outside of the package where it is visible. All the form has to be filled completely or the package will be refused.
Any domestic orders that are returned to GCP Tuning as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee.
The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order and the discarded products are not longer retrievable.
